A one-of-a-kind bag handmade from a mix of upcycled, deadstock and second-hand textiles in soft beige, muted brown and checked tones, with little flashes of red. Contrasting fabrics, gathered details, visible ties, machine embroidery and playful layering give the bag its irregular, sculptural character. It is finished with handmade pendant.

gloriya, overseen by visual artist Tereza Vinklárková, creates each bag individually in the Czech Republic. Existing and leftover textiles are used wherever possible, allowing the available materials to guide the final design. Small imperfections, variations and traces of a fabric’s previous life are embraced as part of each bag’s identity.

The adjustable strap allows Babka to be worn crossbody or over the shoulder. Its soft neutral palette makes it surprisingly easy to style.
