Common Questions

Orders often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Made-to-order items can take up to an additional month to arrive due to the handmade process.
Most items are small batch, limited runs but sometimes we do restock certain items. If you are interested in an item that has sold out you can always contact us at with the name of the item or item number at customercare@ap0cene.com to inquiry about availability.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. If there is a problem with the order you placed please contact us at customercare@ap0cene.com.
All items are final sale. Any requests for a return or exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For any inquiries please email customercare@ap0cene.com.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our garments, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with the fit of your order please email customercare@ap0cene.com.
Most of our items do ship internationally, but not all of our items ship to every country. If you need assistance with shipping please contact us.
We work primarily with small independent brands that often face knock-offs by larger corporations, all of our items are authentic.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple vendors. In an effort to combat waste we try to reuse packaging materials when we can, therefore your item may not come in branded packaging.
We accept all major cards and Paypal.
