Shipping policy

The majority of items sold on Ap0cene are shipped from our US based e-commerce facility, while some items are drop shipped from designers' locations. This can cause shipping costs to vary item to item. 

Opting in to Rout Package Protection protects your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. You can make a claim and get reimbursed directly through Rout.  

Once shipped, ap0cene is no longer responsible for your order. For delivery questions or information, please contact your delivery courier directly.

The customer is responsible for paying all import duties and fees for orders. However Ap0cene does it's best to make sure no unnecessary fees incur. 

Standard shipping within the US and Canada takes between 3-10 business days. For international orders outside of North America, standard shipping typically takes between 1-2 weeks.
