Vendor Application Terms and Conditions
By submitting an application to sell on the Ap0cene marketplace, you agree to the following Vendor Application Terms and Conditions:
Application Fee
We charge a small application processing fee due to the volume of applications we receive and the time it takes our staff to organize, review, and evaluate submissions. The application fee covers the cost of processing your application and is non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of duplicate or erroneous charges. The application fee does not guarantee acceptance, approval, onboarding, product placement, sales, or any future business relationship with Ap0cene.
Application Review and Timeline
There is currently no guaranteed timeline for review, response, or acceptance. We will try to get back to you at our earliest convenience; however, due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for receiving a response. If your application is accepted, we will notify you at the email address provided at the time of submission. You may reach out to us for periodic status updates at sales@ap0cene.com. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
No Vendor Relationship Until Separate Agreement
Submitting an application, paying an application fee, or receiving an acceptance email does not create a vendor agreement, partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement, or obligation for Ap0cene to list, purchase, promote, or sell your products. If your application is accepted, you may be required to complete additional onboarding steps and sign a separate vendor agreement before your products are listed or sold through Ap0cene.
Applicant Representations
By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:
- The information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit the application on behalf of yourself or the brand applying.
- Any photos, videos, portfolio materials, product images, logos, brand assets, written descriptions, social media handles, links, or other materials submitted with your application are either owned by you or submitted with all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases.
- Your submitted materials do not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other third-party right.
- Your products and brand materials are not counterfeit, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise submitted in violation of another party’s rights.
Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting an application, you grant Ap0cene a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, review, store, copy, organize, and internally share the materials submitted with your application for the purpose of reviewing your application, communicating with you, maintaining application records, and, if accepted, supporting vendor onboarding.
If your application is accepted, application materials such as photos, videos, logos, and brand assets may be moved into your vendor profile, Brand Assets folder, Content Library, or related internal Ap0cene systems for onboarding and marketplace preparation. This does not give Ap0cene the right to publicly market, publish, sell, or commercially exploit your submitted materials outside the application and onboarding process unless your application is accepted and you enter into a separate vendor agreement, or unless you otherwise give Ap0cene permission.
Confidential Information
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information that you do not want Ap0cene to review or store as part of the application process. Unless we separately agree in writing, materials submitted through the vendor application are not treated as confidential.
Privacy
Information submitted through the vendor application may be collected, stored, reviewed, and used in accordance with Ap0cene’s Privacy Policy.
Right to Decline or Remove Applications
Ap0cene reserves the right to decline any application, request additional information, pause review, or remove incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, inappropriate, or ineligible applications at our discretion.
