After training in fashion and jewelry design at NYC’s Parsons and FIT, Flora Jin launched Gauchette to create jewelry that lasts forever but retains a unique identity, aware of its place in fashion and the zeitgeist.

Gauchette jewelry is inspired by an unwavering yet expansive sense of femininity and a nostalgia for sentimentality. Inspired by metals’ infinite capacity to be melted down and made anew, Jin believes jewelry plays a pivotal role in allowing us to adapt to sustainable systems without compromising the essential human need to express oneself. Pieces are made by hand from recycled silver, imparting wearers with a quiet sense of luxury that has captivated cultures since ancient eras.
