We work with a range of independent designers and small brands, and many of our items are handmade or produced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed.We do not accept returns for change of mind or other preference-based reasons. However, we will gladly review specific cases under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or incorrect item: If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Size exchange (when applicable): Some brands we carry may allow an exchange for a different size or store credit. Please note that availability depends on the brand and inventory at the time of your request.
Our team will respond to return or exchange inquiries within 2–3 business days of receiving your message.
Before You Order:We encourage customers to reach out to us before placing an order if:
- You have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric details — we’re happy to help!
- You need your order by a specific date — please contact us first so we can recommend the most convenient shipping option for your needs.
- You’re requesting delivery to a non-permanent address (such as a temporary stay or event location). We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, but please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates once an order has shipped.
