Lola Suciu is a self taught designer and sewist operating her production line from her bedroom in Newcastle, Australia. She begun creating and selling screen printed garments in high school and later started sewing her own clothing; switching to using sublimation printing to depict photographic images onto her garments. Lola likes to peruse the web to source her imagery from abandoned blogs and defunct websites in order to keep her graphics as unique and visually interesting as possible.

Her first collection, Ponygirl1 embraces hyper femininity and includes frills, horse related imagery and good luck charms. Select pieces from her upcoming and untitled collection are inspired by fashion and hedonism of the indie sleaze era.
