By submitting an application to be featured by Ap0cene on social media accounts owned and operated by Apocene Co., you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

Application Fee

We charge a small application processing fee due to the volume of applications we receive and the time it takes our staff to organize and review them. The application fee covers the cost of processing the application and is non-refundable. The application fee in no way guarantees a feature.

 

Representations and Warranties

The information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. All photos and works submitted as part of your portfolio are original works owned by you. You warrant that you have all rights to these works, including the ownership of all copyrights and licensing rights and full authority to enter in to this agreement.

 

Notification of Acceptance

There is currently no guaranteed timeline for acceptance. If your application is accepted we will notify you at the email address provided at the time of submission. If your application is not accepted a response is not guaranteed. If you wish to verify that your application has been received you can reach out to us at sales@ap0cene.com. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
