By submitting an application to vend on the Ap0cene marketplace you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

Application Fee

We charge a small application processing fee due to the volume of applications we receive and the time it takes our staff to organize and review them. The application fee covers the cost of processing the application and is non-refundable. The application fee in no way guarantees acceptance.

 

Representations and Warranties

The information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. All photos and works submitted as part of your portfolio are original works owned by you. You warrant that you have all rights to these works, including the ownership of all copyrights and licensing rights and full authority to enter in to this agreement.

 

Notification of Acceptance

There is currently no guaranteed timeline for acceptance. We will try to get back to you at our earliest convenience; due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for receiving a response. If your application is accepted we will notify you at the email address provided at the time of submission. You can reach out to us for periodic status updates at sales@ap0cene.com. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
