Decomposed Burlap Parachute Bubble Skirt
One of one bubble parachute skirt constructed of recycled silk that's been printed with laser printer images, iron, eucalyptus, rose, maple, peonies, onion, sumac and decomposed burlap salvaged from local community gardens. The burlap waistband has mycelium and dirt patterns throughout. It comes with a drawstring adjustable snap button pouch and 5 adjustable channels under the skirt to play with its shape and length.
This skirt was lovingly sourced in community and constructed by the designer them self in what is now called Portland, OR.
The designer had many funny conversations about art with local community gardeners in creating this piece :)
