The choker comprises over 50 piercing-grade stainless steel spike piercings, Swarovski Crystals and stainless steel/anodized aluminum rings finished with an adjustable clasp and a heart-shaped stainless steel Closet Children tag at the back. The piece is handmade by the designer in her Singapore-based studio.
