This bodysuit is a collaboration between two conscious labels; V4K, known for its free hand knitting techniques and based in Georgia, and Kenza Iatrides, a handmade clothing brand located in Paris. For this partnership, both artists opted to showcase their signature techniques.
Viktoria initially free knitted a lingerie set. Kenza Iatrides then used this knitted piece to spray paint on a doll, each bodysuit individually. This technique allows to print the knit and reveals the traces of the piece when being worn.
This makes each print on the spider set bodysuit completely unique.
Additionally, each piece was handmade in Paris using deadstock and limited material, limiting its overall quantity to 21 pieces in total.
This body was created to show the beauty in owning something completely unique.
