The Skrrrrt is made using up-cycled bicycle inner tubing and second-hand police uniform shirts. The shirts are washed and cut and then hand-painted with the ladette smiley before being pleated. Each skirt fastens with a vintage novelty belt buckle, perfect for off-road antics.
